Update October 20, 2011 Below is our first Best Buys TV Show report on the Ski & Snowboard Outlet stores in San Gabriel and Costa Mesa for the 2011 season. This TV report will premiere on our Saturday, November 5th Best Buys TV Show Special that will be on KTLA Channel 5 at 5:30-PM.

The stores have some great new merchandise including high end ski clothing that is deeply discounted, as well as fashion clothing for skiers and snowboarders. Once again, the Ski & Snowboard Outlets will lead the market in discounts on new ski packages for adults and for kids that include skis and boots and bindings. There are also great package deals for snowboarders including snowboard packages for kids.

And once again, you will be able to upgrade your ski boots on these packages. And for the first time, there will be a special deal on the kids' packages that will allow you to trade-in the equipment for a larger size as your kids grow. PRE-SEASON SHOPPING

Update September 19, 2011 The Ski & Snowboard Outlets are open now for pre-season shopping. New merchandise is arriving and there are also great deals from last season. The stores are open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday they are open from 11-AM to 7-PM and 10 to 6 on Saturday and 12 to 5 on Sundays. There's a new name for the Ski and Snowboard Liquidation Center-- it's now called the Ski and Snowboard Outlet. It is in San Gabriel and Costa Mesa and it has been one of my favorite outlets for ski and snowboard equipment for years. Only the name has changed -- it's still the same great place with the same great prices and the same great selection and the same great service and the same great owners.

Yep, they're great. I say this because I've been reporting on their best buys and best deals for years while on the TV news, and now I am pleased to have them on my Best Buys TV Show. Ski and Snowboard Outlet buys overstock from factories, and merchandise from other stores that found they had too much inventory, and they also get great deals from other stores that have gone out of business. You will find prices discounted by fifty percent or more. There are package deals on new and used ski and snowboard equipment.
