Update June 3, 2012  When I first walked into Jack's Surfboards I had to ask the cashier if this was a permanent store?  While the store was jammed with racks of surf wear, beach wear, beach clothing, board shorts, shoes, and wet suits, there was no permanent signage on the outside -- just a banner that  made me think this was just a temporary location.  But, it is a permanent store and I was told it is the outlet for this retailer selling closeout and merchandise from previous seasons with prices marked down dramatically.  There is easy parking and this outlet is located in the shopping area of Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente.  See the photo below.
